Rates and Terms

• $1950 CAD per month, one month minimum (May 1st to September 30th)
• $1750 CAD per month off season
• Longer stays can be arranged (2 to 6 months) at a reduced rate
• 50% deposit required to confirm booking. (Refundable up to 1 month before arrival.)
• Balance due on arrival.
• Payment by INTERAC Email Money Transfer, cash or cheque.
• Arrive noon of first day, vacate by noon of last day.
• Max 4 persons
• Sorry, no pets, non-smoking environment
• $400 cleaning and security deposit refunded after post rental inspection
